About a Fasting Weight Loss Diet

I have a good outline here for anyone who is looking for a good fasting weight loss diet. The key is to follow this exactly and not try to cheat at all as your success will inherently lie within the details. Go to your grocery store and buy several lemons and some cheap juice. I recommend about 9 bottles of V8 Fusion and about 30 lemons.
